The plot of the film is based on the characters in the children's book series Laura's Star by Klaus Baumgart. It is the 4th movie about little Laura and her star.

As a cinematographer I was responsible for the transition from STB to 3D and the final camera. Including supervision of the Chinese and Indian studios (Remote an in-house: Berlin/Beijing/Mumbai). Direct reports to Graf Thilo von Rothkirch (CEO, Cartoon-Film) and Ute von Münchow Pohl (Director).
